Shipping and returns

There is no shipping line at checkout and no minimum order to unlock it. The cost is already inside the $58 price. We would rather charge one honest number than advertise a lower one and add to it at the last step.

Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is printed after you order it, which usually takes two to five business days, and then ships. Delivery after that depends on where you are, and is typically a few days domestically and one to two weeks internationally.

You will get an email with tracking the moment it leaves. If you do not, tell us.

Orders ship on DAP terms: delivered at place, duties unpaid. If your country charges import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee on delivery, that is your responsibility and not something we collect or control.

Worth knowing: orders inside the EU and the UK are made locally, so they cross no border and attract no duty at all. Canada is the main place this comes up, because Canadian orders may ship from the United States.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is simply not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, your choice. You do not have to ship anything back and you do not pay for the replacement.

Because every piece is made after you order it, there is no stock to return it to, and a returned tee cannot be sold to anyone else. So we do not run open returns on a change of mind.

We would still rather you wore it than not. If the size is wrong, write to us within 30 days and we will make you the right one at our cost price rather than full price. Keep the first one, give it to someone, or send it somewhere it will be worn.

The size chart is on the product page. Measure a shirt you already like and compare it flat. It takes two minutes and it is the single best way to avoid this.

Tell us fast. Once a piece is in production the address is fixed with the printer. An order returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you send a corrected address, and you cover the reshipping.

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually cancel it for a full refund. Once it is printed we cannot, because it now exists and it says your size on it.
